There are many visible and non-visible affects of stress and anxiety. There are equally just as many causes. Over 50% of the things we worry about are things that we have no control over. Around 90% of the things that cause us stress, never even end up happening. It is important to know that we, as humans, will never have stress free lives. Stress is a normal part of life, no way around it. It is also important to know that when we say the phrase "stress free" it actually means "freedom from stress". Note the difference: "stress free" meaning no stress period, whereas "freedom from stress" means that our lives are not controlled by the fears and stress that we must face on a daily basis.
